tART (Tart Art) Hawaii

tART (Tart Art) Hawaii came to be, because of my travels to different countries and of course the many cultural restaurants I've experienced.  When you think about it, "every culture has a tart", their version of a baked pastry pie.  The Latin cultures have the empanada, the English the pasties, the French the tart, the Italians the crostata, the Russians the Piroski, the Americans the pie.

I will be creating new, inventive recipes and also using some old time favorites.  Enjoy and have a tart!

My New Blogsite

The past three years, I've been using my "ask natalie hawaii" blogsite as a site to share my many travel, cooking, and life experiences.  I thought I would have one blogsite for my new company "tART hawaii"!  And I will be using my iPhone for images and also video cooking experiences.  I hope you will enjoy my fun and crazy adventures in creating new recipes or trying new recipes from other tart experts.
